Communications and voice platform — messaging, telephony, and field-worker interfaces for distributed operations.
VoxStrat is a communications platform that connects software systems to real-time human communication workflows. It provides voice, SMS, and messaging infrastructure integrated with operational systems — so that field workers, dispatchers, customers, and automated systems can communicate within a single governed environment. VoxStrat is the communications layer of the ROIzilla operating system but is designed to operate independently.
Most businesses communicate through disconnected channels — SMS here, phone calls there, email somewhere else, plus Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp. None of these channels connect to the operational systems where work is actually managed. The result: critical information is lost, decisions happen in personal inboxes, and there is no record of who said what to whom.
VoxStrat provides a unified communications layer that sits between operational systems and communication channels. Voice calls, SMS messages, and app notifications are routed through rules, recorded for compliance, and connected to customer and job records. Field workers receive job assignments and status updates through their phones. Dispatchers can see who is available, who is en route, and who has completed work. The system captures what was communicated, when, and by whom — creating an evidence trail for every interaction.
