Why Your AI Agents Are Not Production-Ready

Most agent pilots fail the moment they leave a controlled demo and touch real operating conditions.

Core idea

Your agent is not production-ready just because it performs well in a clean test.

Take the ScorecardStart an Agent Readiness Audit

Point 1

Production does not mean the agent can complete a happy-path task. Production means the agent can operate inside messy reality with boundaries, evidence, escalation rules, and accountability.

Point 2

Most workflows contain exceptions, stale documents, unclear owners, and hidden approvals. Agents do not magically fix that. They often expose it.

Point 3

The production question is: what should the agent do when context conflicts, risk rises, or authority is unclear?

Point 4

If the answer lives in someone's memory, the workflow is not agent-ready. It needs process legibility first.

Point 5

Start with the diagnostic. Map the approval layer before you scale autonomy.
